- Founded Culture, a social app that uses AI to help users plan events and connect with friends. Built with Next & Supabase.
- Conducted 80+ customer interviews to distill pain points, driving product strategy, roadmap, and design for MVP.
- Created Figma wireframes and dynamic product prototypes, guiding UX/UI for enhanced AI interaction experiences.
- Deployed an AI-driven SMS bot capable of creating customizable event pages and sending dynamic texts to invitees

Fractal - Venture Studio
- Fractal Software is a venture studio building vertical SaaS startups from zero to one. I led the product research, strategy, launch, incubation, and initial operations of 18 new software companies, collectively valued at over $150M with venture funding. Directly created 18 of these concepts (shown below).
- Managed a team of 3 associates and 4 analysts to lead due diligence and market analysis for Vertical SaaS opportunities, synthesizing insights from primary (surveys, 700+ expert interviews) and secondary inputs (industry reports, datasets).
- Documented product roadmaps, industry workflows, customer pain points, MVP features, product wedges, user stories, and estimated build difficulty to facilitate prototype and wireframe iteration with CEO and CTO post-launch.
